T55 Turboshaft Engine

The Lycoming (now Honeywell Aerospace) T55 turboshaft engine is based upon the design for the smaller T53 engine. Applications for the T55 include the CH-47 Chinook and the Boeing-Vertol 234. Non-aviation applications include power generation, boat racing, and tractor pulling.
Dakota maintains a large in-stock inventory of turbine engine parts to support T55 engines. We support T55 requirements through our T-55.com web portal. Whatever your mission, Dakota can support you with spares and whole turbine engines.
